Build your endurance without losing strength
Intro
Intermediate gym-based program combining dense strength training and progressive cardio to improve muscular and cardiovascular endurance while preserving strength and recovery.
This eight-week program combines three structured strength-training sessions with regular cardiovascular work to improve your ability to sustain effort for longer while maintaining good execution quality.
Who is this program for?
It is designed for intermediate female trainees with access to a fully equipped gym who want to improve their muscular and cardiovascular endurance through sessions lasting about 60 minutes.
Weekly structure
- Monday: upper body, arms, and cycling.
- Wednesday: legs, posterior chain, and elliptical.
- Friday: full body, rear delts, and treadmill.
- Supersets increase training density while retaining classic, controlled strength-training exercises.
Equipment and setup
The program uses dumbbells, machines, cables, a Smith machine, and cardio equipment. Set up nearby stations before each superset to minimize transitions and stay within the planned session duration.
