Instructions

The right position

  • Position yourself facing the ground.
  • Spread your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart.
  • Keep your arms straight and elbows unlocked.
  • Extend your legs and spread your feet to the width of your pelvis.

Movement

  • Slowly lower your arms until your chest is flush with the ground.
  • Return to your starting position.

Breathing

  • Inhale on the way down.
  • Exhale on the way up.
